RosyClicks Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

• Tags, accessories, and included materials must be intact

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required.

The item must still meet the return conditions described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you whether your refund is approved

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time
